GDPR Privacy Notice

In order to ensure the security of your personal data, please be informed, as required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"), that:

  1. The controller in respect of your personal data is the administrator of the Bystry Campsite, i.e. Gminny Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o. o. (BYSTRY 1H, 11-500 Giżycko), Phone:87 429-94-80 ("Controller").

  3. We have received your personal data with your consent. You are not required to provide us with your personal data. However, without your personal data, you will not be able to check in at our campsite, and if you do not give us consent to process your data for marketing purposes, you will not be able to receive any commercial information.
  4. Your personal data will be processed as follows:
    • for business purposes: to complete your check-in process (the legal basis is Article 6.1 (b) of GDPR) and for the purposes of building customer relations, for marketing purposes and to offer products and services to you (the legal basis is Article 6.1 (a) of GDPR).
  5. Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients:
    • employees authorised by the Controller, suppliers of services (including technical and organisational services. e.g. IT services) to the Controller under personal data processing agreements,
    • The Controller is not planning to disclose your personal data to any other recipients, unless we receive a justified request for such disclosure.
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third countries or international organisations.
  7. Your personal data will be processed :
    • by the Controller for the purposes for which we have obtained your consent and for as long as it is necessary for such purposes, unless you withdraw your consent, in which case we will stop processing your data when we receive your withdrawal statement.
  8. You have the right to request access to your personal data and the right to rectification of your data.
  9. In the cases described in the applicable regulations, you have the right to have your personal data erased, to request restriction of the processing of your data and the right "to be forgotten" when we discontinue processing your data.
  10. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the Controller has infringed your rights.
  11. As you have given us consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, your withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing that was made on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
  12. Your data stored in our IT system will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
